Private Health Fund Rebates
Some private health funds provide rebates for counselling sessions with a PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor. The amount you get back depends on your fund and your level of cover — check directly with them. When enquiring, mention that I hold PACFA Clinical registration.
I issue receipts suitable for private health fund claims upon request.

Medicare Rebates
Counselling sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor are not currently eligible for Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Medicare rebates apply to sessions with registered psychologists and psychiatrists.

Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of the session. Invoices and receipts are issued for all sessions.
Cancellation Policy
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee. I understand that genuine emergencies arise — these are handled with discretion.
