People come here when something important isn't working — and when they're ready to do something about it.
Whether that's anxiety that won't settle, a relationship under strain, professional burnout, grief, or simply a life that no longer fits who you are — this is a space for honest, structured, meaningful work.
Counselling here is collaborative and direct. I bring genuine care and clinical rigour in equal measure. I won't just listen — I'll ask the questions that open things up, challenge patterns that are keeping you stuck, and hold you to the work of lasting change.
This approach works best for people who are ready to reflect honestly and take responsibility for their growth. If that's you, I'd like to hear from you

Paul Hammat OAM is a PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified Supervisor with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and organisations across Melbourne and Australia.
He holds a Master of Social Science (Counselling) from the University of South Australia and was recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours List with the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for his professional contribution to counselling and community wellbeing and spiritual care.
His approach is evidence-informed, direct, and person-centred — shaped by the belief that people are not broken, but often disconnected from their own clarity, values, and direction. The work is about reconnecting with those things, and building the capacity to move forward.
