My Counselling Philosophy
I believe counselling works best when it is collaborative, person-centred, and tailored to your needs. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, or professional challenges, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns openly.
My work integrates a range of approaches, including:
When I’m not working with clients, in enjoy walking in nature, 3D printing, scuba diving, reading, and time with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of balance in life — something I encourage in my counselling practice as well.
