Sessions are 50–60 minutes, conducted in person in Keilor, Melbourne or via telehealth across Australia.

Individual supervision sessions are 60 minutes, conducted in person or via telehealth. Group supervision fees are available on request.
MHFA training, workplace wellbeing consulting, critical incident debriefing, and facilitation are priced based on group size, format, and organisational context. Contact me to discuss your needs and receive a quote.
Some private health funds provide rebates for counselling sessions with a PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor. The rebate amount and eligibility varies by fund and policy level.
Check directly with your health fund whether your policy includes coverage for counselling or psychotherapy with a registered counsellor. When enquiring, mention that I hold PACFA Clinical registration.
I issue receipts suitable for private health fund claims upon request.
For clients accessing services under an approved WorkSafe Victoria claim, sessions are billed directly to WorkSafe at no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Counselling sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor are not currently eligible for Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Medicare rebates apply to sessions with registered psychologists and psychiatrists.

Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of the session. Invoices and receipts are issued for all sessions.
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee. I understand that genuine emergencies arise — these are handled with discretion.
